The objective of the Vyalex Total
Technology Pipeline (VTTP) is to increase the number of
students who choose careers in the Science, Technology,
Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) disciplines and other
fields of importance to our clients. VTTP addresses the
national shortfall in entrants into these fields by focusing
particularly on students who are members of minority groups
and other under-represented populations.




VTTP can help government and private clients to increase
the effectiveness of their recruitment efforts while improving
their diversity postures. Among the benefits VTTP provides
clients are:

to provide experiential training opportunities for
students that facilitate future recruitment, and help
them assemble highly skilled and fully diverse workforces
that permit them to meet 21st century mission requirements;

The U.S. workforce is aging; retirement rates are high

particularly those from under-represented populations.
